The New England Clean Energy Council (NECEC) today issued the following statement around the American Council for an Energy Efficient Economy (ACEEE) State Energy Efficiency Scorecard, which ranked Massachusetts as the number one state in energy efficiency for the fourth year running with four New England states in the Top Ten.
