2015 ARPA-E Energy Innovation Summit

The Advanced Research Projects Agency-Energy’s (ARPA-E) Energy Innovation Summit is the preeminent event of the year for energy professionals. Set for Feb. 9 - 11 in Washington, D.C., this annual conference seeks to address America’s top energy challenges by bringing the latest energy innovations out of the lab and into the marketplace. The Summit gathers more than 2,000 industry experts from government, academia, and business for a 3-day program offering informative seminars, practical solutions for break-through technologies, and critical networking opportunities. 

ARPA-E is an innovative and collaborative government Agency within the U.S. Department of Energy that brings together America’s brightest scientists, engineers, and entrepreneurs to nourish transformation energy technologies through funding, technical assistance, and market readiness.

Technology Showcase:

The Technology Showcase displays more than 300 transformational energy solutions from ARPA-E awardees and a highly selective group of companies and research organizations. Many of these innovations are being released to the public for the first time.

Dynamic Program:

Each year, the Summit highlights thought leaders in energy and innovation. Student Program:

The Corporate Acceleration Program (CAP) is a unique matchmaking opportunity between Corporate Partners, Investors, and Technology Showcase Participants. CAP brings together organizations that develop breakthrough energy technology with potential investors and partners for one-to-one meetings.

Future Energy Pitching Session:

The Summit hosts a Future Energy pitching event where 8 early-stage energy startups have the opportunity to present to a large audience and a panel of top venture capital investors. The Summit is currently seeking applicants.
