NECEC Vice President of Innovation & Partnerships Alistair Pim to Speak at Tufts Energy Conference

NECEC’s Vice President of Innovation & Partnerships Alistair Pim will be a featured speaker at the 2018 Tufts Energy Conference on February 3 at Tufts University in Medford, MA. Pim will discuss how cleantech innovation and clean energy technology can drive a more resilient and reliable grid on a panel entitled  “Rethinking the Grid in a Changing Climate.”

The Tufts Energy Conference is an annual student-run conference that brings together experts and professionals from the private, public, and nonprofit sectors with students to discuss critical global energy issues. Nearly 400 people attend each year, making it one of the largest student-run energy conferences in the Northeast. Pim leads NECEC's Strategic Partner Network, a corporate membership network engaging leading global corporations building their energy innovation relationships. He also oversees NECEC’s two Innovation programs: Cleantech Navigate Northeast and Cleantech Open Northeast. Prior to joining the organization, he served as Vice President of Business Development and Alliances in the Global Smart Cities segment at Schneider Electric. He has extensive experience in the energy technology industry initiating and developing strategic relationships regionally and globally with IT industry leaders and local government.
